Service Operations Center - Arlington, TN
When Bell South was facing rapid growth in many of their service areas in the South, they needed a contractor who could concurrently work in several states while also being able to accommodate compressed construction schedules. Utilizing permanent modular construction, Ramtech was able to put together a long term plan to provide for 19 service operation centers across a nine state area. Each project required extensive multi-acre site development that could accommodate heavy equipment, with buildings averaging 14,000 square feet for engineering and administrative support services. Developed using a design-build contract with a guaranteed maximum price, each facility was designed to meet owner and municipal exterior requirements and was completed in less than 180 days.
