Military Police Facility - Fort Bliss, TX
Ramtech provided full design-build services for the development and construction of this 14,500 sq. ft. two-story Accelerated Building System project. Meeting Leed Silver Certification requirements, the facility serves as the headquarters building for the Army's 93rd Military Police Unit located at the UOF section of the base.
The ground floor incorporates three training classrooms, with the upper floor providing space for 14 private offices and three cubicle office areas. The building also features three conference rooms, two communication rooms, and a SIPRNET room. The building was designed to blend in with the existing architecture of the base by using a brick and EIFS exterior with a standing seam metal roof.
