But at Ramtech, we not only build our own product, we design, deliver and install it. As a vertically integrated design-build general contractor, Ramtech has been operating our own custom modular building manufacturing plant since 1984, providing:

Encompassing over 80,000 square feet of factory space, the facility is situated on 20 acres in Mansfield, Texas with convenient access to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and other major transportation arteries serving cities throughout the Southwest. Our factory maintains a consistent workforce of over 140 production workers and supervisory personnel with an average of 12 year’s experience, many with tenures of over 20 years. This experience, coupled with our manufacturing approach, provides us greater control over the quality standards, labor, and material costs than you get with other forms of construction.

With Ramtech’s slab-on-grade modular manufacturing approach and design and site construction capabilities, this vertical integration provides our customers with the most complete modular building package available anywhere in the Southwest.
